Do you use virtual medical consultations? Why do you need digital health?

If you care about caring and taking care of yourself, help us and share!

As users, we are used to using Digital Health services and online medical consultations but Are they really responding to our needs?
Since the pandemic, these types of virtual consultations have become part of our daily lives in many countries, largely replacing face-to-face healthcare consultations.
Aware of this, at Lovexair we believe that it is the ideal time to analyze whether these services are working in the most appropriate way for our main protagonists: the patients, family members and caregivers, physicians and other health professionals.

When we talk about people affected by a rare or chronic disease, with all the complexity that their care and attention entails, it is critical that their experience with online medical consultations is as positive and useful as possible, both for them and for the professional who accompanies them.
Both need a correct exchange of information to help them make the most appropriate decisions.

In order for us to achieve this qualitative leap,

We need to know your experience.

That is why we encourage you to participate in this survey. Because your information will give us the keys to prepare a code of conduct A report with recommendations to humanize teleconsultation, which we will send to all health service providers and each participant.
Knowing where we are starting from, we can all improve the digital health environment and implement advances in our patient-family-patient support systems (HappyAir).

Personalizing online medical consultations and adapting them to what you really need is up to you.

Share your experience in this questionnaire that will only take a few minutes and help make telehealth just what you need.

And you know… If you care about caring and taking care of yourself

help us and share!

We would like to thank EHTEL and the entire network of organizations that participated in the dissemination of this questionnaire for their collaboration.
