The Lovexair Foundation has attended the award ceremony as a nominee for its campaign "Healthy Cities: for the improvement of childhood asthma" - Barcelona Respira"
The Onda Cero radio station and the Barcelona Free Zone Consortium held on Tuesday, November 22, the awards ceremony for the fourth edition of the Solidarity City Award, which recognizes the best social initiative of the entities that have participated this year, such as invited in the Ciutat Solidària section of the weekly program “La Ciutat”.
The Lovexair Foundation has attended the award ceremony as a nominee for its campaign "Healthy Cities: for the improvement of childhood asthma" - Barcelona Respira", a campaign endorsed by Fundadeps and the scientific societies AEPAP, SEICAP and Neumoped, and which has Novartis collaboration. The campaign was launched at the beginning of the year with the aim of informing and raising awareness about the importance of acquiring and maintaining good respiratory health habits and a correct diagnosis and control of asthma.
The recognition is a stimulus for all those involved in the campaign to continue working in support of children who suffer from asthma and to continue offering their parents and teachers the appropriate knowledge so that they can manage their disease day by day.
This year the award-winning entity in this fourth edition of the awards has been the NACE Association, in recognition of the help it offers to children and young people who are victims of bullying. The runner-up prize went to the NGO De Veí a Veí, in recognition of the most needy residents of the Sant Antoni neighborhood of Barcelona.
