asisaAsisa, the leading private healthcare company in Spain with Hospitals, Clinics and Medical Centers, has included five training programs from the Lovexair Foundation in the training offer for the employees of its centers in 2014.

The training courses of the Lovexair Foundation that Asisa has selected are included in its transversal training offer for all its employees, regardless of their specific health training.

In this first year of collaboration, the following courses have been selected:

Smoking cessation + spirometry.

Stress management for healthcare professionals.

Healthy living workshops.

Problems related to sleep and apnea.

These courses are offered internally at all Asisa centers in Spain and are organized based on the response obtained. In all four cases they are workshops of 7-8 hours duration and designed for groups of no more than 12 people.

The Lovexair Foundation has developed a varied educational offer on healthy living, derived from its program to provide chronic respiratory patients and their caregivers with the necessary knowledge to improve their self-care to the maximum and thus, their quality of life.

I Breathe Company

This knowledge and training offer, initially designed for the environment of the respiratory patient, is also applicable to any group, such as the workplace, that has concerns about improving their respiratory health, quitting smoking or reducing their stress level, among many others. The Foundation has thus created the Yo Respiro Empresa program in which it offers its workshops to employees of companies, corporations and institutions
