Although asthma does not prevent the development of a normal life, it is important to have all the necessary information to maintain good control and thus improve the child's quality of life.
In 2016, the Lovexair and Pere Tarrés Foundations launched an information and awareness campaign on the importance of acquiring and maintaining good respiratory health habits, as well as a correct diagnosis and control of asthma, in several schools on the Peninsula. This initiative was endorsed by the Spanish Association of Primary Care Paediatrics (AEPap), the Spanish Society of Clinical Immunology and Pediatric Asthma (SEICAP), the Spanish Society of Pediatric Pulmonology (SENP) and the Health Education Foundation (FUNDADEPS), in addition to the collaboration of Novartis.

In this phase of the project, recreational-educational days are being carried out in which the children participate in didactic workshops and large-format board games, organized to better understand the disease and, in this way, be able to reinforce the control of the pathology. through self care.

jointly with the Vic City Council, the Spanish Society of Pediatric Pulmonology (SENP) and its Asthma and Education Group.

The Lovexair Foundation volunteer monitors, Aleix Favà and Gerard Piñol, led the children's activity where the children learned, through play, the importance of respiratory health and prevention... and they had a great time!
