Dia World Lung – 2020
At Lovexair we join the commemoration of the World Lung Day (#WorldLungDay), like every year but especially this 2020 in which the pandemic generated by the Covid-19 has placed the Lung health at the center of our lives.
At Lovexair we are working diligently for the safety of people affected by respiratory conditions and carrying out awareness campaigns about the situation we are experiencing in 2020, without forgetting at any time the effects that the climate emergency also has.
Today, it is not an exclusive concern of the community of patients affected by respiratory diseases, whether minority, prevalent or acquired, but rather it is a reality that affects global health.
Protecting our lungs is crucial to our health and the passport to maintaining a full and active life. As well as a look to the future with fewer problems and associated risks.
On a regular basis, we expose ourselves to unsafe environments in relation to air quality and air pollution, we inhale toxic substances such as tobacco smoke, and now we are exposed to respiratory infections. It is a great warning that we should not ignore. Human beings must learn from our own experience and use our resources and intelligence to generate a change of course today and in the years to come.
Today, we want to assume together with the rest of the institutions that we belong to Forum of International Respiratory Societies (FIRS), our role in defending the importance of giving absolute priority to the care of our lungs.

During this week as a Foundation we have developed a campaign inviting health professionals and patients to offer us a motivating phrase of support and their claims on a day like this, you can find them in our intagram accounts: @lovexair y @happyaircommunity. Among them the message from Shane Fitch, CEO and founder of the Foundation.
As a final thought, we would like to add that We should never forget our respiratory health, because simply without breathing we cannot live.
Kind regards from Shane Fitch and the Lovexair team
