In the framework of European Day, the EFF announces the 9th National Patient Meeting
Like every April 18th, today we celebrate the European Patient Rights Day. Within the framework of this day, the Lovexair Foundation and the Spanish Patients' Forum (FEP) We want to remind you of the importance of placing people at the center of the healthcare system, reinforcing participation, respect, and equity as fundamental pillars for quality care.
This event, promoted by citizens across Europe, seeks to raise awareness and defend essential rights such as access to information, free choice, confidentiality, informed consent, and active patient participation.
9th National Meeting of Patients
Coinciding with this commemoration, the FEP invites you to attend the 9th National Meeting of Patients, which will be held next April 24 at the Gregorio Marañón Hospital in Madrid, Under the motto “The Value of Our Experience”This is the largest annual patient gathering in Spain and provides an open space for dialogue, learning, and reflection on the most important challenges facing the healthcare system and its citizens.
With a hybrid format (in-person and online), the meeting will address key issues such as: real patient participation in healthcare decisions, addressing chronic conditions, the perspectives of young patients, and the priority of early diagnosis, among other topics.
Until the day of the event, the FEP invites citizens to participate in the online survey “Patients and Health 2025”, which seeks to gather patients' perceptions of the current healthcare system.
